Shipping Policy

We know getting your order quickly matters. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect after you place your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UAE federal public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout — no coupon code needed.
• Express shipping is available at an additional cost and is subject to courier availability in your area.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our Contact page and we will look into it immediately.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
• Some courier systems may show limited updates during transit between countries — this is normal.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For UAE Customers
All prices displayed on alamaraat.ae are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. No additional customs duties apply for domestic UAE deliveries.
For GCC Customers (Outside UAE)
Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees levied by the destination country's customs authority.
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
• We are unable to predict or control the amount of customs duties imposed by any government authority.
• Refusing delivery due to customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of the product cost or original shipping fee.
We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.
5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Alamaraat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
• The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
• Failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point or courier depot within the required timeframe.
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your order number.
• A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your estimated delivery window has passed with no delivery, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the courier on your behalf.
Alamaraat is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to courier error, force majeure events, or customs holds. We will, however, work with you and the courier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
7. Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their nature, size, or destination country regulations. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before or during checkout.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the GCC region.
