To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Free Returns
We offer free returns for all eligible orders.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs. Our team will arrange and cover the return shipping process.
Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once verified, we will provide:

- A full refund
Refunds
Refunds are processed immediately once the customer contacts us and the request is approved.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, customers may still request a return under our 30-day return policy.
