•        Prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.

•        Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

•        We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per order or per customer.

4.1 Placing an Order

By completing a purchase on alamaraat.ae, you are making an offer to buy the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

4.2 Payment

We accept major payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us at the earliest opportunity via our Contact page.

We ship to the UAE and select GCC countries including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

•        Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

•        Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

•        Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

If your order is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our returns policy is as follows:

Refunds are processed immediately once the customer contacts us and the request is approved.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

 

Certain product categories (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, consumables) may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons. This will be noted on the product page where applicable.
